FACE MASKS: Are not obligatory, however if you choose to wear a face mask and would like any of our team that is looking after you to wear a mask we will happily oblige your request.

COLOUR SERVICES: We strongly advise clients to call us to book their colour service and if possible to come in for a free colour consultation with one of our senior colour technicians to determine the right service and time allocated. All new clients booking for colouring services are required to attend the salon for a patch test 48 hours prior to their appointment in compliance with the latest guidelines from our colour house Wella. DEPOSITS: Please be aware that we will require a deposit to secure all bookings. It’s very important that we book the correct amount of time for your appointment, so please be prepared to provide as much information as possible when booking. Deposits required will be as follows; Cutting (both men’s and women’s)-£30, Tinting-£40, Highlights or Extended Colour Work-£60. Your deposit will be put onto your account and can be deducted from your final bill or kept on your account as a standing deposit for future appointments.
